Stress-related mental disorders are estimated to account for $200 Million each year in Worker's Compensation claims.
In their 2006 report, the Australian Safety and Compensation Committee reported that 5% of all Worker Compensation claims are due to stress. A survey by the Australian Council of Trade Unions concluded that 54% of employees claim to have been subjected to intimidating behaviour in the workplace.

During this Business thursday , we'll learn techniques to deal with passive and aggressive behaviour using verbal and non-verbal communication. We'll also look at ways to give and receive negative feedback.
