The Importance of Image & Design In Your Business

Have you ever:

  • Been to a business networking meeting and handed over a business card that you weren't proud of? Or worse, you didn't even have a business card on you?

  • Referred a customer to a website you knew was out of date and made excuses as to why you haven't had time to update it?

  • Started a sales presentation with that low sinking feeling where you had to show material you knew would go straight into the bin as soon as you left?

As much as we hate to admit it, we are all superficial human beings. In a matter of 3 seconds, we will instantly make a judgment about a person and their business from the moment we first meet.

You only have one chance to make a first impression - have you been putting the best of your business out there for people to see?

  • From your business card
  • Your website experiences
  • Your sales presentations
  • The way your staff are dressed, to visiting your professional space,.

customers are constantly looking for ways to relate and connect to your business.

Basically, if they like what they see, they will like you. Likewise, if they don't like what they see, well, you may find it harder to win them over or even keep them as a customer.

Find out the simple ways of avoiding embarrassing business situations by using creative design. Learn how to immediately attract your customers to your products and services. Make a powerful first impression and win your customers over in a heartbeat

Our Presenter-  Nikki Lee : Head of inspiration MU Creative

Nikki Lee is an inspirational speaker, recognised and acknowledged for her work in empowering Business owners transforming what is possible for them in their life.

Following her absolute passion to make a difference to future generations, Nikki created Muve Me - Extraordinary Conversations for Young Adults, a series of workshops to inspire participants to relate to themselves in a completely new way: as powerful and inspiring human beings.

A self-taught entrepreneur at the tender age of 19, she commenced a Visual Communications degree at the University of Technology Sydney after graduating from high school. Never content to follow the conventional path and impatient for 'real life' to begin, she left in her second semester to start her own design business.

Thus Mu Creative was born and is now in its fifth successful year of life. It boasts a portfolio of more than 100 clients, ranging from small businesses to multinationals. Nikki's clients are all firms seeking something out of the ordinary, and Mu delivers in spades: bold and sassy creative work, deep and direct communications, and fun and integrity in the business relationship.
