Understanding your customers: for small businesses

At this workshop we will provide you with information on creating a strategy for customer feedback within your business, collecting and interpreting feedback effectively, and importantly, on using your customer's feedback to grow your business through your sales, marketing and product development campaigns.

Feedback isn't just about what your customers like or don't like, it can also be about answering your business questions, providing tools for your sales and marketing, driving business development and planning for the future.

Seminar (Morning)

This seminar will provide you with knowledge in:

• defining research aims based on your business goals
• using the data you already have within your business
• the pros and cons of various customer feedback methods available to you
