Accelerate Your Business Growth addresses your particular business development and management issues rather than being too generic or too industry specific.  Targeted information is presented in short, sharp 'bite-sized' pieces and advice aimed at business outcomes and solutions provided.  What other program is tailor-made to assist you with specific business challenges?

Most business workshops generally tend to be geared towards the needs of a Start-Up business, which are very different from those faced by businesses in the next stage of development.  Accelerate Your Business Growth is conducted in small groups of like-minded business owners and gives you the information to create a Growth Plan for the next two-three years—and there's not a traditional Business Plan in sight

Program Components

Growth Planning Workshop
Growth Planning workshops through facilitation will provide you with a clearer understanding of where you want to take your business in the next two—three years the challenges you may face.  You'll be given all the tools to then take that vision off the page and turn it into an action plan.

Growth Issues Master Classes
Growth Issues Master Classes will be facilitated by industry experts and provide you with a forum for communicating their concerns, brainstorming and exchanging ideas and exploring possibilities.

Brains Trust
A panel of up to three industry experts— the "Business Brains Trust" - with knowledge in business growth strategies will beAttend a Growth Planning Workshop and take away an Accelerate for Growth workbook. Create your Growth Plan in your own time.

Return with your draft Growth Plan and take part in a group mentoring session and identify your skill set strengths and weaknesses.

Select an Issues Master Class to address the skills you need to grow.

Spend time with the Brains Trust - a panel of industry experts who'll advise you on the best way to implement your new knowledge and grow.

Enjoy steady business growth and increased profitability.
